Species: Dragonilla icla
A sub-species from the far Northern Plains of Nria. This dragon has ice in its very blood and a cold seething temper. This dragon can control ice, snow, all things that are frozen. It is rare to find one unable to control their magic or with the ability to control another element.
These dragons are more slender then their cousins, but most wouldn’t know this as they have two dense layers fur covering their entire body. In warmer weather these dragons will shed their denser layer of fur to cope with the warm weather. These dragons commonly are colored white, light blue, light brown, or a slate gray and have brindled patterns involving the other colors. Rare colors are pale green, black, and alpenglow pink. These dragons do not posses the ability to fly; however they are excellent runners.
Background:
He is the only god to be exiled and banished from the council and all the other providences. He was punished by the council, Korentyne, by having his fur cut, skin ripped off and burned, and cutting holes in his skin. The chains are heavy enough to weigh him down. He is unable to fly. He once held the Seat of Air on the council. He was once the called: God of the Spring, Spirit of Jest, and Son of the Warm Ocean Breeze. Now he is called: The Blood Traitor, Demon of Lilith, and Lucifer’s Mare. Shin still lives on the mortal plane serving out his sentence.

Shin, before he was banished, was hailed as a very unique god. He went against all the norms of his species, he was able to control the wind, the water, the very essence of spring. He could fly without the aid of wings. In all terms he was the most well known icla.
These colors were not his original colors. It is said that he now harbors deadly diseases.

I like this new version!
You gave him a more edged and bulky design. He doesn't look as nice/kind as he previously did. Instead he looks more badass, and actually more like a starving and tormented soul, which fits his banished status well. ^^
